Bo-Ingvar Olsson

Real name: Bo Ingvar Olsson

Bo Ingvar Olsson is a Swedish music director, teacher and violinist (also plays percussion and electronics), born in Malmö in 1935. He worked briefly in the 1960s with Swedish, electronic music (or "electro acoustic") pioneer Leo Nilson, known for his collaboration with Swedish electronic music wizard Ralph Lundsten through the mid-60s.

He came to Klippan in 1970, and worked at the Klippans Gymnasieskola (Klippan Upper Secondary School), and from 1977 as part music teacher and part head of the newly inaugarated municipality music school, which had its location in one of the older buildings on the premises. He was a key figure in the development of several pop and punk bands, as well as the creation of Svenska Pop Fabriken and the recording studio Studio Bombadill, with students from all over the catchment area at said school.

As of 2022, he resides in Ängelholm, Sweden.
