David M. Chay or Darkyapper is an independent musician and producer born on March 11 in Yucatan, Mexico. From an early age he had shown an interest in music due to his taste for the piano, in addition to the fact that his only grandfather instilled in him a taste for music and singing.
In 2017 he started composing songs for video games but he realized the potential he had for music so in 2019 he started with his first compositions. It was not until 2020 that he released his first music album Ignored and so it continued until he decided to start singing on his songs, being Vacaciones En Casa (Vila Cerró Las Playas) the first song he used with his voice
Being in the furry community, he also decided to start making furry music expressing how he feels about certain situations and about his emotions, like Nunca He Ido A Una Convención.
Currently he is a producer, singer, lyricist and composer, he works completely independently but has helped other furry musicians by teaching and producing them.
He is the founder and owner of the DarkYapper label.
