Einar Holt
Norwegian-American accordion player, comedian, and composer (born March 23, 1898 in Stokke, Norway – died January 13, 1977)
Holt emigrated to the United States around 1917 and settled in New York City in the Bronx. In 1933, he became a naturalized U.S. citizen. In 1934, however, he returned to Norway where he settled in Semsbyen near Tønsberg.
Holt recorded for Victor and Columbia in the United States and later for His Master's Voice in Norway.
