Charles O'Connor, (Born 7 September 1948) from Middlesbrough in the UK is best known for his work in the 1970s Celtic rock band Horslips. He played concertina, mandolin, and fiddle (later on he played the electric guitar) and shared the main vocal tasks with Barry Devlin and Johnny Fean.

O'Connor also partnered with Paul Whittaker to form Charles O'Connor's Resolution Suite. With the aid of pianist Phil Moore and accordionist Chris Parkinson they released the album "Angel On The Mantlepiece" in 1995.
