Country blues singer, guitarist, and harmonica player, born Memphis, Tennesse, 4 November 1911, died 5 October 1993 in the same city.
Borum first recorded an unissued session for Vocalion in 1934, and probably accompanied Hattie Hart and Allen Shaw on the same occasion. He was again recorded by Samuel B. Charters in 1961, recordings that was released as by Memphis Willie B. on two Bluesville LPs.
