Texas Sacred Singers is a choir provided for students and career persons of all denominations who desire to give testimony for Christ while in Austin and at the University of Texas. Since its beginnings in 1965, the group has been sponsored by the Music Ministry of Hyde Park Baptist Church of Austin. TSS annually travels to out-of-town Longhorn football games during the fall, and during the spring tours through Texas and neighboring states. Other activities include retreats, Christmas caroling, fellowships, and singing for campus and Austin area organizations.
