Real name: Marvin A. Fisher

June 21, 1907 – September 1, 1957
Illinois-born and Los Angeles-based writer of comic and novelty songs, including "Just An Old-Fashioned Girl", "Ring Those Christmas Bells" (with Gus Levene), "This Hat I Got For Christmas Is Too Beeg" and "Rockin' Horse Rock" (both with David Gussin).

Not to be confused with Marvin Fisher, the New York-based songwriter (September 26, 1916 - August 21, 1993) and son of Fred Fisher, who wrote "When Sunny Gets Blue" and "Destination Moon", among many others.
