In 1994, Virgin US asked the MNO production team to write and produce an album for the #1 videogame of the time "Mortal Kombat". Of course they couldn't refuse this challenge and, as Nikki (Jade 4U) was busy working on her own material, Praga Khan and Oliver Adams did it alone. Virgin sent them a Sega console together with the game.

Playing "Mortal Kombat" inspired them to write the perfect soundtrack for this energetic game. They wrote a song about each character, and the famous "Mortal Kombat" theme. The vocals were done by Dieter Troubleyn (ex-roadie of Praga Khan), Julie Wells (singer of Channel X), Praga and Oliver.
