Passi Jo De Boris
Singer and songwriter, born in Kinshasa, Democratic Republic of the Congo (formerly Zaire), a direct descendent of the Balari Troubadours who travelled from village to village singing about all aspects of everyday life in Africa. He was based in Melbourne, Australia from the mid-90s when he formed Warako Musica with Tchico Tchicaya, until his death from cancer in 2016.
