Algerian Chawi singer, born June 26, 1967 in Oued El Ma (wilaya of Batna). Originally, it was a band who released its first album titled "Ahwatid", in 1990. This album achieved great success, putting the band on the path of success. After a couple of years and another album together, the band parted ways and Ali Chabane (the leader) inherited the name Masinissa, to complete the path he had started. Massinissa released at least 19 albums to this day.
