Formed in Kristiansund, Norway in 2005. Released their debut album "El Cuero" in 2007, with further albums in 2008, 2011 and 2013.

EL CUERO combines the straightforward melodic sense of Steve Earle with beautiful Californian harmonies, and the madness of Neil Young & Crazy Horse in their wildest, most out-there moments. This creates some great contrasts, from mellow acoustic tunes to mammoth electric solo workouts, often entering into some dark and heavy rock territories along the way. Always eager to explore new grounds and fresh ways to entertain themselves and the audience, this is a one-of-a-kind genuine and authoritative act with powerful vocals, great soloing and a blue-collar, working class backing trio.
