A US studio only musical group featuring Marcus Uzilevsky aka Rusty Evans as producer and writer. Musicians included David Bromberg, Victoria Pike and others, who all carried over and continued an acid theme from their previous album as The Deep: Psychedelic Moods (rel. Oct or Nov 1966). The Freak Scene's Psychedelic Psoul (rel. April 1967) is considered the first purely psychedelic themed record on Columbia records.
