Duo of Berlin-based clarinetists Kai Fagaschinski and Michael Thieke formed in 2000. While both musicians are improvisers, the duo plays music of their own composition. They often isolate each clarinet in its own stereo channel, shifting between multiphonics, beat frequencies, difference tones, and binaural beat effects.

The duo has also been joined by bass player Christian Weber (2) and drummer Eric Schaefer to perform as The International Nothing (... And Something).
