Born: 7th February 1921 London, UKDied: 23rd August 2010
Musician (Accordion), bandleader and promoter. Married to singer Terry Devon, formed Tito Burns And His Sextet in January 1947, later managed Cliff Richard, The Springfields, The Zombies and Cat Stevens and in 1977 founded what would become the Brit awards.
