After hanging out with such characters as Bo v and Christian Bloch for a while Curse (Michael Hansen) decided to started making some trax of his very own. The setup was very minimal back then, started out with a Roland MC-202, a Roland CR-8000 and a plastic yamaha mixer borrowed from Bo. Anyhow some strange stuff was produced during this very experimental periode. But things really got rocking when a 808 arrived at the setup, even more weird trax. Since then a great many trax have been produced, but as both Bo and Christian most of the old analogue equipment have been replaced by brute CPU-power. Curse has very much enjoyed the fruits of the Propellerheads guys, both in Rebirth and Reason. Over the years the style has become more and more deep, very much inspired by Central, Chain Reaction and Basic Channel.
