Swedish singer, composer and lyricist, born in the village of Djupbäck in Jokkmokk in northern Sweden on May 15 1915, died in Nacka, outside Stockholm on 15 June 1998.He was born Bengt Simon Johansson but in 1974 he took the family name Djupbäck after his home village and laid simultaneously Jokkmokks-Jokke to its other first name .
