Swedish band formed in 2002 by Eva Dahlgren and the sisters Mija and Greta Folkesson.

When they formed the band, they decided on the name Buddaboys because the two sisters were "pregnant and fat". They chose the suffix "boys" to indicate that they did not want to be called a girl band.

They released the album Lost People's Area in the spring of 2003 and then went on a nationwide tour and there were plans for another record. Both the band and the tour received cool reviews and the project was canceled.
