Dance orchestra led by singer Billy Murray, who also provided a number of vocals on its recordings.

The orchestra seems to have been most active in 1920 when its recordings appeared on US labels, such as Aeolian Vocalion, Emerson Records (2), Concert Record (3); Empire (23), Gennett and on the Canadian His Master's Voice label.

In 1929, Billy Murray seems to have reconstituted the group to make several recordings for the Edison label.
