Formerly released a pair of Decca singles under the name of Spring Fever, Jackie Lynton's and Andee Silver's collaboration was renamed to Purple Heart in 1970. At least two singles were released under that name:
- a cover of Bacharach & David's "(They Long To Be) Close To You" (ín August 1970) and
- a cover of rare Bird's "Sympathy" (a few months later).

They became renamed again to People for another release.
