Sergey Alexandrovich Drozdov (January 28, 1955, Gomel region, BSSR, USSR - November 18, 2012, Tambov, Russia) - singer, guitarist, soloist of the Синяя Птица vocal and instrumental ensemble from 1974 to 1988. He gained fame in the 1970s as the first performer of lyric-romantic hits popular in the USSR.
Drozdov, who had a unique timbre of voice (lead vocals, guitar, bass guitar), was the most characteristic vocalist of the ensemble and gave the group a bright and memorable sound.
According to «Российская газета», Drozdov was one of the recognizable voices in the Soviet Union.
