Born 14 July 1975. Russian Drum'n'Bass DJ. Started DJing in 1993, in Perm province, moved to St. Petersburg in 1994. At first he was playing house, but in 1995-1996 completely switched to Drum'n'Bass, founded Da Bass Music (together with DJ Took), and became one of the most known Drum'n'Bass DJs in Russia.
After achieving big success in Drum'n'Bass, DJ Boomer continued experiments with various music styles, such as mash-up, independent rock. Now he is one of the leading figures in Russian new rave, performing under alias КТО DJ? (Kto dj?)

In 1997, he took part in the opening of the Порт FM (Port FM) radio (107 MHz), and became its program director. He hosted Рикошет (Ricochet) program on its waves (together with DJ Took).
In 1998 DJ Boomer took part in the opening of the first St. Petersburg's Drum and Bass club - МАМА (MAMA), then became its art director.
From 1998 to 2000, after leaving the post of program director of radio Port FM, he was a host of Синдикат (Syndicate) show on Radio Record 106.3 FM (again together with DJ Took).
In 1999, he organized the first Drum & Bass tour - called "King of the Beats" - across cities of Russia, Ukraine, Belarus and Estonia. The tour took place in more than 30 cities and became the starting point for the entire Russian drum and bass scene.
