Real name: William G. Hall

Record producer and music publisher. Originally from Beaumont, Texas, where he owned Gulf Coast Studios, Beaumont, TX with Jack Clement. He also owned Hall Records. He moved to Nashville in 1967 where he and Clement founded Hall-Clement music publishers and later formed Jack & Bill Music Co.. He later sold his publishing interests to Welk Music Group and worked for them as the Nashville division manager.
