Real name: James Whittaker (born: Peter Williams)
English television personality and comedian, born 20 August 1937 in Heswall, Cheshire, England, died 14 March 2018. He was mainly noted as the host of the popular 1980's UK TV darts / quiz show Bullseye. Which he hosted from its beginning in September 1981 until the end of its 14th series in July 1995.Not to be confused with American songwriter/producer Jimmy Bowen.
