Real name: William Peter "Billy" Nosal
American songwriter, organist, and singer.Born c.1945 in Glastonbury, Connecticut.
Died October 2, 2022, at age 77.

James had many popular songs on local Hartford, Connecticut radio in the 1960s. He also performed in many local bands.
Known for being Program Director and on-air personality at WCCC in the 1970s-80s.
