(January 21, 1917, Kharkov, Russian Empire - December 11, 1993, Paris, France) – performer of opera arias, Russian and gypsy songs and romances (bass-baritone).
In the 40s he worked at the Vinnytsia Opera. During the WWII, he found himself in the occupation, was sent to Germany in a concentration camp. After the war, he decided not to return to the USSR, performed and lived in Europe. In the 1960s, it was recorded and published. During the Perestroika period, he released two vinyl records in the USSR.
