B-Rock And The Business Boyzz were a hip-hop collective, specializing in party rap/Miami bass music, who are known for being the first rap group from Mobile, Alabama to release a record. They formed in 1986 and performed at local venues where they rapped and DJ-ed the latest hip-hop music. The group got signed to the Miami-bass label Pound 4 Pound Records after being discovered at a talent show and released the local hit "Do Dat Dance" in 1992. The group resurfaced several years later with a slightly new lineup and name (B-Rock & The Bizz), releasing another local hit "MyBabyDaddy" in 1997 that caught the attention of LaFace Records where they eventually got signed.
