Born in 1977, this band from Rodez was the first band of the record company Big Beat Records founded by Jacky Chalard, bassplayer of MAGNUM (ex DYNASTIE CRISIS) with Patrick VERBEKE at the guitar.

In 1979, the band meets Jacky Chalard in Marc Barrière's office, rue de Caumartin just above of the legendary club "Le Rose bonbon" in Paris.

Producing at the Davout studio the last 45 rpm of Linda Keel, Jacky Chalard he produced the band's first album in October 1979.

In 1980, « Routes of Rock » realase out Big Beat Records in 10inch with SFPP (BB 801) and reissue by Musidisc Europe (BBR 0001) same size + in K7 audio (BBR 5001).
We find there « Teenage queen », but also other compositions of high level both melodically and in arrangements. There are titles like Hot doc boogie, Moonstruck, Brand new lover, Caroline, Crazy beat, Boppin' cat (with slow and speed versions), truckin' babe and Merry go round.
In 1982, Jacky Chalard realased their second album « Rockabilly Stress » on Big Beat Records in 10inch (BBR 0019) out on Musidisc Europe.
The band took a more surf music turn with the talented and late Marc POLICE who would later be the guitarist of WAMPAS.
The band broke up in the mid-80s.

In 2010, the band restarts with Jean-Jacques Moncet and Denis Rebeillard without Gérard Moncet, an unofficial album « Buddy’s Project »

In 80's, Jezebel Rock produced and composed for Ahmed Mouici aka Gene Everett ( Pow Wow/les dix commandements…) for his EP 4 tracks in 45bpm realase by the record company IGUANE.
