Created by Ian ( Tardigrade ) and Olivier ( Agrodiaetus Violetae ) in 1997, Sycomor is a tekno label and live set from Paris. After 10 years of playing in metal and industrial gothic bands, both discovered tekno music, then techno parties and start to make electronic music. Sycomor was born, choosing the name from Lynch' Twin Peaks, and release 1st record ' L'Arbre a ses Racines ' in december 1997.

Live Act named Cyco played in lot of french and european free parties, teknival or big legal parties. In the same time, Sycomor guys made tracks for other labels WAR, Mars Assault,Sphenoide, Toolbox, Dezakore... After Olivier stopped adventure, Sycomor keeps playing hard tekno and tekno live acts in events such as Zone Libre Tour with Yes Papa crew MSD, Matt Weasel, Beuns, Nout, Keygen, Suburbass, Tony Makizart and parties with sound systems Power VS Power, ZMK, Earthquake, Full Vibes... Linked with Electrobooking Europe and Asia, Sycomor plays live sets at Luxor's X Massacre Party, Electroshock, Diable au Corps, Paranoia Party in Shanghai... Big up all friends ... Keep the Kick on !
