Solid Ground has been a hardcore band from Switzerland, which has unfortunately disbanded. They put out records on labels like Let It Burn Records / Demons Run Amok Entertainment and Take It Back Records. Solid Ground disbanded in 2010.After the end of Blue Water Boy and Crush My Calm, three of the band's members started Solid Ground, which later turned into Animal Instinct.
