Henry Blofeld, OBE (born 23 September 1939, Hoveton Home Farm, Norfolk, England) is an English sports journalist and broadcaster, best known as a cricket commentator. Blofeld's become known as much for his musings on pigeons, planes, double decker buses, tea ladies, cakes and his catchphrase 'my dear old thing' as he is for his cricket commentary.
