Mac Thornhill was born on the island of Barbados in 1961 before his family moved to Canada in 1962.
Mac Thornhill’s strength lies in his vocal abilities. This has earned him two top ten hits. His first hit record in the U.K. was titled "Whose gonna ease the pressure" and was released on 10 records, a division of Virgin Records in England. He also co-wrote "Hypnotized" by Taste-T-Lips which charted no. 9 in Billboard under Mercury/PolyGram USA. Mac also co-wrote the hit single “GET AWAY” which was nominated for a Canadian Juno award and entered the top 40 pop chart in Germany in just a matter of weeks after its release.
Since nineteen eighty-six this Producer has been moving forward in almost all categories of music production and live performance.
Mac is a music producer with a strong back ground in contemporary Gospel music spawning artist like the Thornhill Family and the Emani Gospel Singers.

As a music label Mac Thornhill - has also branched off into R&B music and Dance music, Producing hits like the aforementioned (Who’s Gonna Ease the Pressure), Top ten dance hit in the UK on Virgin10 records and (Get Away) by Shauna Davis Top 40 in Germany and Top 10 in Canada.
Mac Thornhill is a well-known music producer, songwriter, singer who has worked with some of the best artist in Canada, writing and producing his way to two Juno nominations for best dance record.
