Irish fiddler and concertina player. He was a founding member of Ceoltóirí Chualann in 1959 and helped to form Ceoltóirí Laighean. Born in Rehy, Cross, Kilballyowen, West Clare in 1912. Died in 1988. Father of fiddlers James Kelly & John Kelly.
