Swedish rock band from Mölndal South of Gothenburg which was active in the early 1970s.

Midsommar consisted of members Weyne Petersson (later Feldt, vocals, percussion), Lennart Andrén (guitar, vocals), Reg Ward (saxophone, flute), Dan Pihl (keyboards), Hans Olsson (electric bass, vocals) and Peder Sundahl (drums) . The band's first album Belsebub är lös is characterized as progressive rock, while the second Midsommar has more political lyrics and is more oriented towards folk rock. Ward was later a member of Nature, while Sundahl was part of Jerry Williams' group Roadwork.
