Born: 24th September 1940, Elne, France. (Of Spanish parentage)
Concert and solo violinist. A pupil of Antonio Arias, Lorand Fenyves, and Max Rostal.
Martin was director and first chair of the Chamber Players of Toronto, a 15-piece string ensemble formed in 1968, who's works were primarily devoted to Baroque and Classical repertoires. Martin left the ensemble to reside in Spain in 1977.
