Born St Agnes Cornwall 14th December 1939 - Passed 6th May 2016.
Solo Cornet and trumpet player (A.L.C.M).
Started with Camborne Town Band under tuition from Mr. Jack Trounce (1957).
Moved from Cornwall to Kettering to join Munn And Felton's Works Band with the kind help of Mr. John Berryman (1962).
Continued performing with The G.U.S. Footwear Band under direction from Harry Mortimer and Stanley H. Boddington.
Founded the Brio Brass Ensemble (1971).
Moved to Bedfordshire and focused on orchestral and brass ensemble trumpet playing (1977).
Became a leading peripatetic brass teacher in Bedfordshire (1977- 1990).
Also performed and recorded with :-
Bedfordshire County Youth Orchestra and brass Band.
Bedfordshire Symphony Orchestra.
