US born Mexican DJ (for Radio 590 AM) and reporter, translator, songwriter then recording engineer (born in Wilmington, California and later moved to Mexico). known for the Spanish translation of "As Time Goes By" (with this recording Los Juniors were signed by Peerless on October 17, 1961) - also appears as Javier Mora Godinez or Xavier Mora Godinez.
