German-American conductor and composer (* 04 September 1921 in Berlin, German Empire; † 20 February 2007 in Brushton, New York, USA).
During his career, he has been director of the Brooklyn Philharmonia (The Brooklyn Philharmonic Orchestra) (1955–1971) and in Europe of the Westphalian Symphony Orchestra (Westfälisches Sinfonieorchester) (1973–1975); he has also been conductor of Music for Westchester Symphony (Westchester Symphony Orchestra) (1961–1981).
