Shizuka Kudo is a Japanese singer and actress.

Shizuka began her singing career in 1985 with the Idol trio Seventeen Club [ セブンティーン・クラブ ]. After Seventeen club was disestablished, Shizuka joined the multi-member idol group Onyanko Club, in which she was member #38. Along with members #40 Akiko Ikuina and #42 Makiko Saito, Shizuka was also a member of the Onyanko Club sub-unit Ushirogami Hikaretai, and was one of 16 Onyanko Club members to have solo releases while in Onyanko Club.

After Onyanko club, Shizuka had a highly successful career as a solo artist, and is one of only two former Onyanko Club members who still regularly releases new music.

Shizuka is married to Smap member and singer Takuya Kimura.
