Trio of male vocalists, who followed the tradition of the classic singer combo of the 1970's, but spiced up their dance tunes with a 1990's beat. The original set up consisted of lead singer Marvin, who's from the U.S. (North Carolina), Femi, who originates from London and Marco, who's half Italian (father) & half British (mother).
They were based in Germany and had quite a bit of success in the European charts during the second half of the 1990's.
Australian-based singer/songwriter/vocal coach Scott Winter, of Spanish descent, joined the band after Marco Boi left in 1997.
In 1999, two of the three members changed. Besides Femi Olakeji from the original cast, Danny Campell from London and Johan van Rooy from the Netherlands came to the Soultans.
By 2002 Danny and Johan were replaced by new members Sascha van Haasen & Mike Marshall Mitglieder.
