Brooks Harlan plays guitar in War On Women and bass / keyboards in the J. Robbins band. He is an accomplished studio engineer, live sound engineer, stage manager, backline tech and guitar tech. He is the owner and operator of Big Crunch Amp Repair - a repair, modification and guitar amplifier building shop in Baltimore, Maryland. Brooks holds a degree in music composition from Texas Tech University.
