Don Clarke
Don Clarke is one of South Africa's most successful and experienced songwriters from Howick, South Africa
He has had many of his songs recorded over the years by a diverse section of artists, including his reconciliation song "Sanbonani" which was a hit for P J Powers in 1986, and currently writes most of the music for the films of Leon Schuster; South Africa's most successful film maker.
He has written jingles and once owned a commercial recording studio and a publishing company in Durban.
Besides music, he is also an established painter.
