Garage-pop group from Portland, Oregon. The band derived their name after winning a battle of the bands competition sponsored by a local Chrysler dealership, they won the honor of being named after the New Yorker model of car. After a few singles, the group evolved into 70s pop idols the Hudson Brothers.
