Singer-Songwriter Dorian Whisper, who grew up in Rotterdam (Holland ≈ the Netherlands), has been composing most of his songs on the guitar, while the lyrics reflect memories from countries where he lived and worked (e.g. Caribbean, Egypt, Philippines). Dorian's pop and rock compositions carry a blend of his various musical interests and influences: Santana, Sting, Van Morrison and Joe Jackson.

Dorian Whisper's songs are influenced by genres such as blues, jazz and Latin styles, but always have a vivid pop-rock feel.
