Circus were a Swiss symphonic-rock and progressive rock band. Active between 1976 and 1980, he recorded for the Zytglogge and Illuminatus labels. The band released three albums and a live recording.
From Basel, Circus were one of the key bands in Swiss progressive rock history. Ideally situated near the French and German borders, Circus had much success in Europe, with three studio albums and a document of them in concert (featuring many guest from other top Swiss bands).
