A spinoff from Band-Maid, with the same lineup. They play alternate versions of Band-Maid songs with additional traditional Japanese instrumentation and the lyrics sung in Kyoto/Kansai dialect.
Originally intended as an April Fool's joke in 2018 with the song "Secret Maiko Lips" (original song, "Secret My Lips" from Band-Maid - Just Bring It), it expanded into a mini-album released a year later.

For Band-Maiko, the Band-Maid members use aliases:
富士姫 / Fujiki (Saiki)
鳩子 / Hatoko (Miku Kobato)
叶笑 / Kanoemi (Kanami Tono)
梅美沙 / Umemisa (Misa)
紅月 / Akatsuki (Akane Hirose)
