Liliana Budicin-Manestar was a Croatian soprano operatic singer and also singer of pop and folk music.

She was born in Rovinj, Croatia, July 8, 1940. She graduated from the Italian high school in Rovinj in 1958 , and then studied solo singing with Marija Borčić at the Vatroslav Lisinski School of Music and the Academy of Music in Zagreb . She finished her singing studies in 1966 and at the same time became a member of the opera choir of the Croatian National Theater in Zagreb .

She also sung pop and folk music as a soloist and often in duos.

She died in Rovinj, Croatia March 9 , 2000.
