Ram Shiran-Kachlon was born in August 1953 and inherited his love for music from his father at a very young age. His love for music and especailly Hassicdic music, which grew over the years, brought him to complete his personal journey with the album "Roots". Shiran who currently resides with his wife and two daughters in Los Angeles, California, works by day as a plumber and sings in his spare time. He's affectionately known as the "Singing Plumber."
