All African American Hard Rock and Funk Fusion music band formed in in the city and state of Philadelphia, Pa.
In 1970 Guitarist and vocalist Theodore Life (AKA) T. Life (AKA) Mickey and T.G. Conway started recording their original songs under the name Spiritual Concept.
In addition, in 1973 the group formed permanent personnel with T. Life on lead guitar and vocals, Frankie Snowden on rhythm guitar and vocals, Hassel Thomas on Bass and vocals, Billy Little on drums and vocals and T.G. Conway on keyboards and vocals. In 1974, they signed a recording contract with R&B recording company (Philadelphia, International Records)
