Lestrange cannot be assigned to a specific genre any more than this world can only be described as dark or light. And even if their music can be assigned to the hard pace, Lestrange present their own path with brutal honesty and thus create the memorable melange of a contrasting soundscape: They present the flaw of perfection, show the fragile and the strong, the brutal and the melodious, the personal and the mystical. The mirror of a strangely absurd reality, which draws the listener under the spell of its 'in-between world' with hard, raw riffs and silky sounds, with an almost cathartic listening experience. Where there is darkness, there is also light.
