American rhythm & blues, funk and jazz guitarist (born September 20, 1945 – died March 14, 2016, aged 70) from Baltimore, Maryland. Brother of drummer Stafford Levy. He studied music at the Peabody Institute at Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore.
